What to expect the day of delivery?​

The Flight Nanny will pick up your pet from Designabulls at Detroit Metropolian International Airport and place your pet in a soft-sided carrier that we will provide. *If you would like to provide a carrier for your pet let us know.

Your pet will travel in-cabin with the Flight Nanny on the airplane, and will not leave their side until the destination is reached and your pet is united with you.

All parties will be updated throughout the delivery via group text message along with picture updates to reassure everyone that your fur baby is doing well.

Once the flight nanny has landed at the delivery destination all parties will be notified. Your pet will be hand-delivered to you at the discussed meet-up location.
